First Hand Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained from olives harvested by hand for oil, by bottling without filtration after the first pressing, has low acidity, greenish color and intense olive flavor. As it is not filtered, it is natural for it to present cloudiness and formation of sediments. It is recommended that this oil, whose production starts in December and ends in February, be consumed in the same year.
