Delice olive oil is a type of organic olive oil harvested from wild olive trees growing naturally in the geographically marked district of Mersin Mut and produced naturally. Delice olive oil is one of the most well-known and natural types of olive oil. This type of olive oil is obtained from olives harvested from wild olive trees. While an average of 5-6 kilograms of olives are enough for 1 kilogram of oil in the production of almost any olive oil, 18 to 30 kg of olives harvested from wild olive trees are needed to obtain 1 liter of Delice olive oil.
