Pure White Tea
Silver Needle is one of the most accepted forms of white tea. Its name comes from the needle-shaped silver hairs visible on the leaves.
It is obtained by collecting the upper buds of the tea without opening it and does not undergo any processing other than steam withering. In this way, the tea leaves, opened and collected before coming into contact with the air, reach the cups preserving all their antioxidants and minerals. The tea has the lowest level of caffeine.
White tea has a very light floral flavor and is a refreshing beverage. Demi is white to yellowish in color and transparent. Its aroma reveals floral and herbaceous notes on its palate.
It is especially recommended for people who do not like to drink tea, who do not want to consume intense caffeine and who like light flavors.
