Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Natural extra virginity is a quality criterion. It is the type of olive oil with the lowest acidity and highest quality. These are oils produced in a continuous system at 25 degrees of temperature in 24 hours from olives harvested on the branch. They can be consumed directly at the time they are produced, without the need for any other processing. It has a unique flavor with a maximum free acidity of 0.8% acid and does not have a bitter taste or bad odor.
Free Acidity Degree

Since high temperatures negatively affect the nutritional values and structure of the oil, the aromatic components and nutritional values of oils obtained at low water temperatures are much higher than those obtained with other methods.
