Black olive
We produce in gardens in the Gulf of Edremit region. For black table olives, we carefully harvest the olive kernels when they turn black. We let it ferment naturally with salt to eliminate hunger. We do not use chemicals to speed up the process. It is brought to nutritional maturity in its most natural form.
Our black olive varieties are divided into two groups: Gemlik Black Olives and Edremit Sele Çevirme Olives.
Black olives are a delicious product that is always on the breakfast table. During the ripening phase, olives first turn green and purple, then black. After it turns black, it is collected and begins to go through the stages that reach our tables. Olives contain a lot of calcium, iron and copper.
